This site has no accounts, no database and no message inbox — so the fastest help is usually a tool, not a conversation:

• Platform and Community Creations questions? The platform checker explains which pools see your uploads.

Account and game issues

Anything involving your 2K account, platform linking, moderation decisions or missing content in the game has to be solved by 2K's own support — no third-party site can see or change that. Open a ticket through the official 2K support channels linked from the official uploader site.

Everything else

The tools on this site are free and run entirely in your browser. If one of them misbehaves, the home page is always the freshest version — reload it, and if the issue persists, the about page documents exactly what each tool is supposed to do.
